Pheasant Walk- Spring Tree Lane, Boca Raton, FL
Project Date: November 2015 Wow! What a demolition! The Boca Raton Hardwood team removed hardwood and tile throughout the main quarters of this home. Self level concrete was poured to smooth out the portion of the floor where old hardwood existed. After 12 hours of drying, padding was then placed throughout the home as a base layer for installation. Laminate flooring was then placed on top of padding and baseboards installed as well. The home owners puppy sure loved their new look!

Project Date: November 2015 At salon blu we were able to meet the talented owner Curtis and discuss the refinishing process for his business location with him. There were two large inlay panels of hardwood surrounding tile that needed some TLC. These sections of hardwood housed the salon chair stations where all the magic happens on their clients. As we began sanding you could see the veneer layer of wood slightly exposing itself from underneath the beautiful maple. We realized that it meant, this is the last time these wood planks could be sanded before exposing only plywood. So we made sure it would look great and last for eons of time! The floors were finished off with a dark stain similar to its previous color and a few clear coats to protect from wear and tear. Our team carefully sanded and stained into the night hours one long weekend making sure the project would be complete and ready for opening hours. |
